Multiple Xbox Home Console

I previously owned two xbox ones and sons shared one while I played on the other. My children were able to play games I purchased via gamesharing. However, now after purchasing an Xbox series X and switching the home xbox my son is not able to play any
of the games I purchased on my older xbox. Is there any way to fix this problem?

You can only have 1 console set as your Home at a time. So changing to the new console removed your Home setting from the previous console it was on. You would need to choose a console to leave it on in order to share with the kids or purchase everying
again on at least 1 other account.

First check if the consoles firmware is upto date. Also check if the controller firmware is upto date as well. If they are, then I'll suggest you try reinstalling MCC since it is the only game with the issue.

Everything in the house is wired minus phones and tablets. No devices have been added and no new microwave, either.

I'm curious as to if it's a problem between the series x and xbox one. When they are both on the problems are worse but if one of is off the problems happen less.

Is your network on Wi-Fi? Have you added any new wireless devices or things like a microwave in the recent past. All these problems could have many causes from the original Xbox beginning to show its age, to your router beginning to fail, is it just too many things on the Wi-Fi. Xbox wireless accessories work on the same frequencies with as many household Wi-Fi devices
