MULTIPLE WiFi issues (Xbox One S)

Ive returned 2 Xbox One S consoles in the past month on warranty. Both of which the WiFi adapter just stopped working. I understand a wired connection works better any way but the wife an I are on the road and cant always plug in. The 3rdsystem now and the
WiFi adapter is doing the same thing! I must add we are also in a different location now ( I thought maybe some sort of interference at first) I read a few blogs and found a few people saying the same thing and recommended resetting my console and it worked.
But a few days later it happened again. I never had any trouble with my 360's external adapter and I'm wondering if this is something that's a common issue and if Microsoft is aware of it?

Actiontec c2000a multiple console support

Need help troubleshooting wifi connectivity issues with my new xbox one s. I never had issues with my original xbox one, but after purchasing my xbox one s I get signed out or disconnected daily. I'm thinking this might be due to having two xbox one consoles
on the same network, but the issues persist even if only one of them is turned on.

Xbox One S Wifi Issues

Hey Mattyb.

To check, what type of network hardware are you using and is the firmware on that hardware completely up to date?

The network I'm currently using is BT Home Hub 3.B and as far as I'm aware everything is up to date. At the moment it has managed to connect just fine over the past 3 days, maybe it was because I reset the router after port forwarding the wireless MAC to
it. But still it's very strange why this console has had so much trouble connecting to the Wifi, were as everything else I've used in the past has been fine. Hopefully this has finally fixed it, since it's been a right pain for almost 3 weeks

just got my replacement console today mate, same issues sadly. Im on a virginmedia superhub 2ac, and i was speaking to a microsoft rep on live chat last night who stated that there has been quite a few people complaining about this problem recently. Mines
can go hours without disconnecting and it can go minutes. Beyond annoying now and seriously considering heading back to ps4 As no one knows the answer to whats going on.

Sorry to hear that mate. Mine just started doing it again after 6 days of working fine, i'm just going to go back to the original xbox one it's just not worth the hassle anymore.

If your location for your xbox is changing frequently or if the xbox is not seeing your wireless network, try a hard reset 1st (hold down the power button on the console for 15 seconds)

If that doesn't help then power cycle the xbox in the steps above and unplug the power supply for 3+ minutes

Yeah I do that every couple of days and its a brand new system, just got it two weeks ago

3 Xbox consoles doing the same thing...I would not expect the issue to be with the console.

Are you changing the location of the Xbox frequently?

Are you connecting to the same wireless network / router all the time?

Is the router one you bought or is it from your ISP?

I have both my Xbox One S and Xbox One X and the S works FINE.

The Xbox One X has a KNOWN WIFI issue which I thought would be fixed a YEAR later..

Don't try to troubleshoot me with all that Wifi wizard (Mod Removed - Profanity)

I'm back at square one again it was working perfectly fine when I set it up yesterday and come the next day, I turn it on and it won't connect. Even though it finally managed to only 20 minutes later, fast forward a couple of hours it constantly disconnected
me and it wouldn't connect at all. I just don't understand how when I turn off the Xbox S it has a hard time to connect to the router where as everything else manages just fine, at this rate I 'll just have to go back to my original Xbox One.
