    I noticed immediately after getting off the phone with customer service a few things were left out and one thing that particularly irked me.

    I'll start with that.

    Apparently because I bought the more expensive Call of Duty Xbox One, I am not eligible to have a replacement sent to me while Microsoft repairs the faulty unit.

    So, I spent more money, for a "better" Xbox One, but that negates me from the option to have a replacement unit?

    So, essentially, anyone who bought the CoD system is *** out of luck as far as a temp replacement is concerned?

    That.

    Is some poor business etiquette.

    Everyone should be have equal opportunity at the very least.

    I spent more money and don't even get the same courtesy as everyone else.

    Enough of that rant.

    The employee who took all my information did his best to get the information right, but either didn't have room to put in all the information or there weren't enough or proper boxes to click.

    1.

    My Xbox One randomly disconnects from the internet when no one elses does.

    Ive checked my wireless network numerous times.

    Signal strength is fine.

    Nothing else disconnects.

    My occasions of this happening are much more frequent than anyone else in my area or even the same house.

    The other system is a PS4 and they are on a separate network ( with the same exact type of router) fed by the same ISP.

    My lag is not on my network end.

    2.

    The Xbox One frequently has an issue turning on.

    The start up sound play.

    The power light comes on.

    Nothing happens.

    3.

    The Xbox One frequently has issues turning off.

    Again, the shutdown sound plays, the power light does not shut off.

    The display shuts off but the system does not shut off.

    These two issues somehow translated into "no power" as the only description I saw about my system issues.

    4.

    Controllers randomly disconnect for no apparent reason.

    Nothing is in the way.

    No glass.

    No coffee table.

    No animals or people.

    5.

    The video source stops.

    By that I mean the Xbox One is on, the television says no signal.

    I have swapped hdmi cords.

    I have swapped hdmi inputs.

    I have used a brand new hdmi cord in any of the 3 inputs.

    Everything else, the cable, the dvd player work fine.

    The Xbox One does not.

    So it is not a cord or tv issue.

    6.

    These problems are all intermittent.

    So I do not want to hear " we tested your system and nothing was wrong".

    Sometimes any of these issues happen within 15 minutes.

    Sometimes it can take an hour or more.

    Sometimes it doesn't happen at all.

    This is the second time In 3 days Ive called support and I obviously should have sent it back the first time.

    I apologize to whoever had to read through all this as I didn't check it for typos, spelling or grammatical error.

    Also for the general demeanor it reads with.

    But, I burned $500 for a system that broke down in a few months and all of my friends comments are "Wow, that sucks, should've bought a PS4."

    I am not happy and I'm sure you wouldn't be either.

    You continue to have issue with xbox one reading discs, you tell you customers too bad so sad your out of warranty and it's because your poor hardware. When are you guys going to fess up and admit your having disc read issue and support your loyal customer
    base. Tisk tisk Microsoft, get with the times, it's about taking care of the customer because there's just too many options out there for us, Playstation, Apple, Android? What sets you apart? Not your customer service apparently. Are you that confident
    in your product that you think you can tell your customers too bad so sad? Not a good move from a customer stand point. Hopefully you get some executives in place that understand what's driving business Now a days because as of right now you are out of touch
    and have lost focus.

    - One of your longest customers who also owns almost all of your pruducts and continues to defend your sub par mobile devices and your glitch OS.

    I to have an issue with their support. My xbox one drive tray gave in just 6 weeks after the warranty expired (U know the "coffee grinder noise"disc fault) After a long winded phone call with them they said that I still have to pay to have the repair done
    on what was a manufacturer defect that they were aware of.

    POOR SERVICE

    A COMPLETE LACK OF CARE

    AN IGNORANCE TO THE PLIGHT OF THE CUSTOMER, all of this has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

    SHAME ON YOU ALL MICROSOFT!! YOUR DISGUSTING TREATMENT HAS TURNED AWAY WHAT WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

    Im going out to buy a PS4 now

    To further my irritation, even though I used the Nato Phonetic alphabet, I just noticed that my last name was misspelled on my shipping label.

    Well Microsoft, thanks a ton for your prompt attention and ease of contact.

    This is the only place I could find to send a letter of irritation, that wasn't confined to a maximum character amount.

    Which I'm sure is exactly how you wanted it to be.

    It'd be terrible to actually have an email setup so someone had actually had to address the email and problems all at once.

    Billion dollar company and roadside lemonade stands have better product and customer service.

    Ya good luck, I never got any calls back. It not right that they are making their customers pay for their issues and poor hardware. What's sad is they say there is nothing they can do about being out of warranty, which working for a customer facing multi
    billion dollar company there is always a way around things just need some to say yes, yet they refuse to bed their rules to take care of their customers. Probably out of fear that they know they have a flat product and they don't want to avoid the cost to
    fix their own problems. It's sad how much I hyped Microsoft up until this experience and as of late it's been real tough being on the Microsoft bandwagon because let's be honest between companies like Apple and OS like Android, Microsofts products are inferior.
    Highly dissapointed in you lack of care for the customer Microsoft.
