    Multiple requests for renewed subscription to Minesweeper Premium Edition


    Three times in the last month I have received requests to renew my subscription to Microsoft Minesweeper Premium Edition, which I first took out a year ago. Each time I clicked the box to renew for one year, yet I am still receiving demands to renew. I
    would be grateful if you would check this out and make sure that I have not had the renewal charge made to my credit card three times! PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

    Minesweeper continually asks to renew Premium when it has already been renewed

    Running Win 10 Anniversary edition. I renewed my Premium version of Minesweeper on Sep. 19, 2016. Prior to that, I was experiencing absolutely no problem with the game. Since renewing, every time I start the program (that would be daily) I get the message
    that my Premium membership has expired and asking for me to renew it. I always select a one year renewal, and then it comes back to say that I now have the Premium version renewed. The game then plays normally. No additional charge is made to my credit
    card during this process. I have tried removing the program, rebooting, and then downloading and reinstalling, but nothing I do stops this notice from appearing each time I start the game. Please help as this is beginning to get very, very annoying! No,
    there is nothing wrong with my computer and everything else I do with it works normally. Minesweeper Premium is the problem. Help!

    Microsoft Solitaire Premium Edition

    I purchased the Microsoft Solitaire Premium Edition in December 2016 and have renewed my Premium edition each year, with the current renewel effective December 2017 for the 2018 year.

    I recently purchased a new laptop and had expected my Premium edition to be in place and effective on my new laptop, but it is not effective.

    Please advise how to remedy this situation.

    let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.

    battlefield 3 premium question

    I don't think they have the premium edition of the Battlefield 3 on the marketplace, so I'm going to go with it's just premium subscription and you'd need Battlefield 3 base game to play.

    Edit: Just checked it's just the subscription. If your want the Battlefield 3 Premium edition (Base game and premium subscription) you'd have to buy if from a retailer.

    I didn't know that there was a Premium Deluxe add-on. I thought only the Premium Deluxe version of the game was being sold nowadays. If you purchased this add-on, it should work even with the Game Pass version of the game (if your subscription is still active).

    But if you want to own the Premium Deluxe Edition of the game, you can request a refund for the add-on you purchased and then buy the Premium Deluxe Edition.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection hangs on load screen

    Although now it doesn't recognise that I have a paid premium subscription. For the last two days it worked if I pressed the restore purchases option in the menu. Today it doesn't. I think Microsoft are messing around with the programme as they did recently with Minesweeper.
