    My Problems with Xbox and Microsoft:

    PROBLEM 1:

    24 December 2014 i buy on Xboxone Xboxlive 12 Months of EA ACCESS Subscription that i pay $32.65 with my credits card

    20 August 2015 i buy on Xboxone Xboxlive fifa 16 that i pay 75$

    6 days after 26 August 2015 i receive 2 email from Microsoft

    in one is write that my 12 months Subscription of EA ACCESS is DELETED (but i never delete it)

    in the other is write my 1 Year Subscription of EA ACCESS is enabled (i never ask for it)

    So XBOXLIVE delete to me 4 Month of EA ACCESS service

    i contact many time via email and twitter @XboxSupport and i ask to give me back my 4 month of ea access but they never give it to me and never fix my problem.

    PROBLEM 2:

    i have 359 MY VIP in Xbox Rewards that i can use for rendeem $5 but i never can rendeem it because the page always show OUT OF STOCK is more than 2 months i try all day each 6 hour,and soon the service Xbox Rewards will close and i can't rendeem it because
    of PROBLEM 3.

    PROBLEM 3:

    Because Microsoft Rewards is enabled in italy i try it with tor browser,little time after i try it microsoft rewards security team tell me to i do "USE BOT" , be "OUTSIDE US,CANADA" , "OBFUSCATE IP" and CLOSE my rewards account by say to me that i violate service
    terms.

    The problem is i never use BOT and i never OBFUSCATE my IP (so this is also false accuse to me and is also offensive to me) and top of that they say i'm not in US,CANADA but this NOT MATTER because also if i'm not the service is enabled also in italy so
    there is no reason for close to my account.

    So what i want to ask to Xbox\Ms Team is:

    1)Give me back my 4 Month of service that i pay for have

    2)Unlock Microsoft Rewards in my Gamertag because it has close for wrong reason,and is important for me because i must to use it also then for when Xbox Rewards will be closed

    3)Give me 5€ Xbox\Ms Store card because i have 359 My VIP so i must be able to rendeem what is show in the reward site,because is a VIRTUAL ITEM so i disagree that is out of stock.

    Now Problem 2 and 3 maybe i can ACCEPT

    BUT for problem 1 because is more than 4 years from 2014 until 2018 i ask to fix and xbox support never help me now i start bored and i wait another 1 year then if you not fix i will proceed by law

    Also let me say you 1 think:

    i'm an xbox customer since the first Xbox,then the XBOX360 then the XBOXONE , it's absurd that i ask for help and i not get help and not get my problem fixed as not only an xbox customer but also as long time customer too.

    So i think you must put better QUALITY people in your support team,and not people that only send unuseful link faq or never help people and worry + to follow xbox rules\policy than help customers

    Privacy settings and connecting online

    Had multiple problems today with connecting online and my preferences . Also spent a hr and a half on the phone with xbox because of problems.. Seems they are still having problems. Was hoping I would have gotten a invite to test the new dashboard but
    no luck.Hoping issue gets fixed soon.

    Are things getting better for the xb1?

    I haven't heard anyone else having disc drive problems with their Xbox One's since Mid-2014, so yes Microsoft fixed these disc drive problems.

    New update bricked my system

    Taking out the Hard Drive does make my system work. That means that the problem is the hard drive, not the system. Putting the hard drive back into the system recreates the same freezing problem.

    Furthermore, the hard drive has never had any problem until this update. The update is to blame. This update -- that I never asked for and that Microsoft deemed mandatory -- bricked my hard drive. Given that multiple people are having this very same problem,
    I would like to see Microsoft accept responsibility and fix the problem by giving me a replacement hard drive at no cost.
