multiple problems all at once

recently tried to boot up youtube and it just went into a black screen. tried quitting the app and restarting but to no avail. also can't uninstall it. can't run games or apps from the games and apps menu. fifa 15 starts up fine...but when it gets to the
'press a' to continue it gets stuck in a loading screen. any idea whats going on?

Multiple Cards at Once

I've recently had a birthday, and I got a few of those Visa Vanilla prepaid cards, which were pretty handy, since I could add them to the One. Well, I was wondering if there was any way to use multiple cards at once, since I have 3 $25 gift cards and most
games nowadays are more or less $60. Would multiple payment options at one time be available? Thanks.

Quick Question

Install a game from disc, download updates, all while watching a video feed from one of the many Apps on the Xbox One console. I've installed games while watching videos off Netflix and YouTube. The Xbox One can run multiple apps at once, no problems at
all.

Mine has done this more then a few times. Unplug the console for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Should work after that.

Have you downloaded any recent updates/firmware VantasticFC? If you haven't "DON'T" because that won't fix it. I usually turn my Xbox ONE off and then unplug the power supply everyday so I don't have to worry about it but when I downloaded a new firmware
for my controller/headset I've had nothing but issues that's mainly a corespondent to controller and or audio. Here's a few things I'm experiencing:

- after reboot, loads green screen then stuck at Black Screen for minutes

- when it finally goes from Black Screen to Home Page, responses lag behind trying to perform them all together

- minutes to load a game

- if I plug in or unplug my controller into the "Charge and Play" adaptor it goes Black, takes minutes to load the screen and after it loads the screen back the audio breaks, replaying all the sounds that were missed during the Black Screen.

- if I plug in or unplug my headset adaptor or headset the previously mentioned issues persist

It's the Xbox ONE that's causing these issues and no way to fix it, as far as I'm concerned, until they release an update to patch theae. The only suggestion I have is to power down your console, set it up how you would like it (as in, if you want to use
your headset, need to charge your controller, want to use your mic) and wait it out until the console loads. But as far as the specific issue pertaining to "YouTube", I would try a different app or game because I don't think it's just that alone and whatever
else you try to use will have the same or similar issues.

If he is trying to download multiple games at once then there is his problem right there.

Once a console is modified there's nothing that can be done about it. Xbox will not help as they do not work on consoles that have been tampered with and discussion of modifications or self repairs is not allowed on the forums.

it's definitely a problem with the xbox. i have tried multiple hdmi cables, multiple ports, and multiple tv's. all resulting in the same outcome....a 1-2 second cut of audio in any/every game or app. no rhyme or reason, it can happen a couple times in a
matter of minutes, or go for a couple hours without happening. generally while watching a movie (on any app) it will happen at least once throughout the duration.
