    my account was suspended on the 14th for an "inappropriate gamer picture", and was reported by multiple people. Once I received a message notifying me my gamer picture had been reported, I then changed it to a picture that could be found as more appropriate.
    Although within the next 15 minutes I continued getting messages that I had been reported for showing nudity (which is something I did not do nor would consider doing) and that I still had an inappropriate picture. I checked online and it said my account was
    suspended until the 19th, although the ban wasn't lifted, when I found out my console had been banned until the 28th. I believe it is unfair for me to get multiple suspensions for one wrongdoing. I wish for my account/console to be unbanned ASAP and hope you
    will consider this.

    why xbox shouldnt be free

    I would love to see Live improve. Dedicated servers, harsher penalties for CoC violations, and better overall customer support regarding problematic gamers.

    Though I am choked you need to pay for a gold membership to view Netflix. Perhaps it's something I need to talk to Netflix about.

    xbox live user is stalking and abusing me.

    At 7 years old a legal guardian has to contractually monitor the child at all times when connected to Xbox LIVE. Failing to do so is actually a Terms of Use agreement violation and could lead to penalties.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. To see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com There is no way to contact them regarding console bans.

    Sounds like support are the ones who told you to post here which is wrong,it's something they do a lot.

    I can't be sure it's a 24-hour suspension but from what I see it's usually 24 hours. If the violations are recurrent the duration of the penalties is increased and if these correction attempts do not work and the player continues to violate the terms a permanent penalty is applied.
