Multiple pad issues - help!

Is anyone else having a problem when using multiple pads?

For example, my son will play Fifa14 on pad1, turn the console off(standy mode). When i go to play on Fifa14 with pad2, it just completely freezes the game and i have to hard turn off my console(unplug it, plug it back in)

I think it may only be happening on Fifa(which is my only digital game)

Anyone experienced this?

New Xbox one Controller D pad issues

I've had D-Pad issues with multiple xbox one controllers from the normal black, the CoD AW version and most recently the special edition lunar white. Very frustrating.

This issue could be attributed to a few factors, but it might actually be a more affective use of your time to try this game freezing guide here:

support.xbox.com/.../game-freeze-solution

The good news is that it's a pretty interactive guide, so you can select which steps are and aren't working for you to be led through to the end.

Hello Fabian,

Sorry for the issue with your headsets. Have you considered purchasing a chat pad or an adapter, these seem to help with multiple issues on headsets. From not hearing, talking, or mute icon showing.

I have found multiple threads in the forums about the same issue. I have two of the 3.5 millimeter connector controllers with the same exact issues. It seems that the D pad works perfectly if you press the directional unnecessarily hard. However, it seems
that pressing it at a normal or what I would consider a normal pressure it fails regularly to register the press. Being that there are multiple threads on this issue I would say this is definitely a production problem with the units.
