    Multiple Malfunctions in Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenge


    Yesterday while playing Daily Challenge, I was shut out numerous times following an ads. After several attempts I stopped trying. Several hours later I tried again and realized the clock had never stopped running -- recording six hours of playing time when
    I had only been on about 25 minutes.

    Accessing Solitaire Challenges - Error 002000

    I am having the same issue but with Microsoft Minesweeper Daily Challenges. I can access the Microsoft Solitaire Daily Challenges.

    This should fix it (Reset App Data)

    This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

    Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

    This only worked temporarily for me. Went back to freezing while loading ads within a couple of hours.

    Try these as well:

    (Check if you have the latest operating system version installed)

    Settings > System > About

    OS Version should be 1703. If not, you need to download the latest update here:
    Download Windows 10

    Click "Update now" on that page.

    (Windows Store App Troubleshooter)

    Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Store Apps > Run the troubleshooter
