Discus and support Multiple Kinect sensors break in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; There is plenty of information regarding Kincet sensors that all of a sudden break.     Multiple Kinect sensors break


    There is plenty of information regarding Kincet sensors that all of a sudden break. For instance they power off randomly and don't wan't to power on again unless the console is hard reset. It helps only for a short period.

    Many people confirm this issue. For some reason Microsoft does not want to replace faulty devices.

    How many of you have this problem? How did your support requests go?

    Hi, im just a bit shakish about the xbox 360 slim Kinect. I have heard that Microsoft can see you through the Kinect of the xbox one. But can it for the 360 slim.

    Microsoft can't see you. That was just something people have made up with all of the negative hype towards the Xbox one. The only way people can see you is if you choose to upload screenshots to kinect-share.

    mine has recently stopped. no power at all, no light nothing. tried everything and nothing. eventried registering product for service but my mobile and home phone numbers are both invalid. good job microsft

    I got the same fault , mine started to play up once I had the early update for cortana on the Xbox

    I am personally livid that there is a console attached to my Kinect sensor and this raises the price of my Kinect sensor considerably. Apparently, when the console breaks then my Kinect sensor will no longer function.

    Stripping and breaking the gears are the same thing when it comes to the Kinect sensor. The sensor was never meant to be manually adjusted up or down for any reason.

    Do not manually adjust the sensor up or down.

    Xbox one wireless headset ?

    If you're careful and don't actually break your headsets, I'd recommend the Turtlebeach x42s (or higher). They're wireless and can be used in conjunction with the Kinect sensor (allows for you to ignore TV sound while simultaneously using the sensor) or
    with the headset adapter. ;)
