    I've looked but couldn't find any definite answers on any of it, or anything that fixes it. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same line of problems.

    • Blu Ray app - you can hear it playing, and hear it at the disc menu, and if you hit A it will make selections, but the screen never leaves the app loading screen with the loading dot going in circles. Cleared its memory, uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed,
      still the same, doesn't matter what I try to play.
    • Occasionally forgets all wireless settings, routers and passwords for them.
    • One game per boot. If you try to play another game, it will time out and give the error that it's taken too long to load. I have to power cycle restart the console for it to go to another game. Occasionally even going from other apps, such as Netflix,
      back into a game results in the same thing, or going into apps after a game or quick start.
    • Some apps just suck running, when before they were great. Most games and apps take longer to start than they used to.
    • Controller randomly loses connection for about 5 or 6 seconds before reconnecting. Happens daily when playing games.
    • Kinect barely works. I've tried unplugging and re-plugging but no use, and the trouble shooting to fix it and rerunning setup which won't go all the way through. Voice command only works sometimes to turn the XBox on, after that, it's unresponsive to
      anything. And if you let it sit, after a few minutes it might finally recognize me to sign me in, when it used to do in seconds of turning on.
    I've never had any problems like these on 360, or PS3, which I I'm back to using as my daily console for movies and tv since the Xbox One can't do it now. All of these have just recently started becoming problems so I'm thinking it must lie within a recent
    update because until a month or so ago, it was still silky smooth in running everything. Now it's like the typical idea of an old windows computer where after you use it so much it becomes so scattered that it barely runs and programs slow to a crawl, where
    the only solution is to wipe it and start anew for it work properly.

    Official MS Xbox products can be detected by the console.

    As for repairing your console yourself, that's a direct violation of the ToU, and could result in a console ban.

    Hello,

    If you've already gone through the standard troubleshooting steps on the Microsoft support site in regards to the
    E71 error and the E79 error then your only option is to get the console repaired. We are not able to help with 3rd party repair tips or tell you what to
    get replaced. Any talk of 3rd party repairs or local shop fixes are not to be discussed on this forum. Getting parts swapped out by a 3rd party will result in the console being unable to connect to LIVE eventually through present or future firmware updates
    so this console would pretty much be useless right when you open it to replace anything.

    here, other than that, no one on this forum will be able to assist you with this particular matter.

    I was to at a few stages having issues with cloud-saves but they appeared to fix themselves over a day. It was with Black Ops 3 and would say it couldn't retrieve save but I went past that and it worked after a few minutes. Keep me posted.
