    Multiple issues


    So i have been an xbox insider for some time now and upgraded to a Xbox One S just prior to Christmas. Recently however i have had a number of issues, primarily from my homepage all of the tabs along the top result in grey boxes stating sorry, we can’t show
    ..x.. at the moment. Further to this i tried to log into the insider hub and after selecting my profile to log in i get a flash of grey which then reverts to green log in page and does nothing else. I have also then had further issues accessing certain other
    apps and games including the EA Access hub and PUBG. I have tried to play COD WW2 online and this also does not work even though i have not network issues, my NAT type is open and i have a great connection ,. . . .

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Official MS Xbox products can be detected by the console.

    As for repairing your console yourself, that's a direct violation of the ToU, and could result in a console ban.

    Hello,

    If you've already gone through the standard troubleshooting steps on the Microsoft support site in regards to the
    E71 error and the E79 error then your only option is to get the console repaired. We are not able to help with 3rd party repair tips or tell you what to
    get replaced. Any talk of 3rd party repairs or local shop fixes are not to be discussed on this forum. Getting parts swapped out by a 3rd party will result in the console being unable to connect to LIVE eventually through present or future firmware updates
    so this console would pretty much be useless right when you open it to replace anything.

    here, other than that, no one on this forum will be able to assist you with this particular matter.

    Heya!

    One thing you might try is
    soft factory resetting     the console, to do this be sure to select keep games and apps on step 7.

    If this does not help resolve the issue you would want to post in the
    Insider forums     as they will have the tools and resources to help with preview issues.

    I was to at a few stages having issues with cloud-saves but they appeared to fix themselves over a day. It was with Black Ops 3 and would say it couldn't retrieve save but I went past that and it worked after a few minutes. Keep me posted.
