Multiple issues with gamertag creation on PC

I have tried to submit these bugs through the windows feedback hub, but the reports don't appear to be accessible any more for some reason. I encountered a host of problems when i tried to create my gamertag on PC.

1. I dunno how to contact Xbox Enforcement or any other trust and safety people, because support don't have access to them, disputes can only be launched if one's account is restricted, the feedback hub goes unanswered/deleted, and there is no contact info for that department online (understandable). However this makes it incredibly difficult to report issues occurring within their department.
2. The gamertag wordfilter is broken for my harmless name. I first noticed this when trying to create my gamertag: PoofyGummy is both my name here and on all Microsoft products, so it definitely is harmless. And it is still blocked as a gamertag. I had no idea why and i tried to research it. I thought maybe it was "poof", being an obscure slang term from england that could perhaps be considered rude. But it isn't! Usernames with "poof" in them are fine! So why is "poofy" blocked?? This is quite a big issue for me, as i obviously would like to use the name i use for all other Microsoft products. And for every other Microsoft thing it is clearly fine so microsoft themselves know that it isn't rude or anything. If one thing needs resolving it is this.
3. The wordfilter is generally seriously broken. After the previous issue i decided to test the wordfilter a little, and it is utterly broken. There are horrendous oversights like gamertags calling for murder of people/groups being possible to register. But to give a less extreme example: "pee" is blocked. "peepoo" isn't. The entire system in general looks like it is almost completely arbitrary. It absolutely should be reworked ASAP by the team.
4. The user data handling is also messed up from a privacy rights point. GDPR requires the possibility of erasure of user data to be provided. Yet when i couple my microsoft account used for Windows to an Xbox or Skype one, the Xbox/Skype account cannot be unbound or deleted, despite ostensibly being a different service. This means that deletion of userdata for an those services isn't possible without deletion of userdata (and corresponding loss of money) on ALL Microsoft services. This is quite bad.
5. Finally, on a more technical note, there is a bug in the online gamertag creation site. When checking the availability of a particular gamertag, there is a UI delay and a processing delay between pressing the button, and the button becoming inactive. This means that if previously a gamertag was tested that was available, the form can be submitted twice. The new page then shows up without a gamertag displayed, but showing that it is available. The empty form still allows one to accept the gamertag that is not there, giving no indication of what one is actually accepting. This is then followed by a barebones html error "/msa lookup error" or something similar, and a few moments later, the previously checked gamertag is accepted and locked in. Which in my case was complete gibberish. This means that one can end up with an unwanted gamertag. Since renaming costs money, this is a serious issue as well.

I've tried to join Windows Insider, and Xbox Insider, and talked to different support people over email and chat, and reported the issue in the Feedback Hub, but nothing helped, so i hope someone here will finally be able to help me with this. So whoever can, please pass this along to Xbox Enforcement, the Microsoft Account backend developers, and the Xbox Web-UI developers!
