    Multiple issues with Game Pass Ultimate


    So I decided to post here since all attempts with the Virtual Agent result in "Sorry, my bot code is having an issue."

    Since I have some time off, I decided to give Game Pass a go since it's only $1.00 for a month. While I don't have an Xbox One, I have a 360 and noticed Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge is among the Games with Gold for October so I decided to go with Game Pass
    Ultimate which includes Xbox Live Gold for a month.

    Since I game mostly on PC, first among my issues is I don't have access to most of the Game Pass for PC library. It would seem Game Pass Ultimate only includes the console library and I'm only able to access games in the "Play Anywhere" category. I find
    this odd because when I go to the Game Pass for PC page in the Microsoft Store it appears I have an active subscription (the button you would normally hit to subscribe says "Extend").

    On top of that, some games designated "Play Anywhere" are also inaccessible, namely Gears 5, which says I "don't have any applicable devices linked to your Microsoft Account.

    On top of this, I have tried to redeem Ninja Gaiden 3 Razor's Edge through both the website and my 360. Attempts through the website result in the message "Something unexpected happened and we could not finish the purchase. Please try again later." Attempts
    on my 360 give me the error status code 8C230002. I have followed the instructions through the website provided when you enter this error code and it hasn't resolved the issue. It says the Xbox Live service status is "up and running." I have checked my privacy
    settings and they are already set to what they should be.

    Trying to troubleshoot these problems myself has proven quite a headache, so I hope there are some easy solutions to be found. Thanks!

    Hi, right now the Xbox Live Services is passing for somes insues, try follow the https://status.xbox.com and so try check later, and remenber, the Xbox(Beta) is a beta App so I Suggest when you find some Insues, you can help the Developers by making Reports

    It'll cost more than standard Game Pass Ultimate since it's for multiple people.
