HI, and I will gladly do my best to assist you, Now first off does the item your purchased show up on your recently purchased games and items in your account info. Second, if you cant search for games or add on, it mostly likely has something to do with
your NAT or internet both are the same, Third internet connectivity can also be a problem for the invite to game option for your friends, As well as if you have an older 360 the wireless portion of it could be going out, and if its hardwired it could be the
Ethernet port or Cat 5 cable. My suggestion would be to reconfigure your network, then delete and redownload your gamertag/profile and make sure you have a good internet connection as well. I do hope this info helps.

yesterday I managed to fully download it, but get message that xbox can't open it. please fix this game as I pay for it and download it through your store, from my conssula (xbox 360, region Israel), so no issue should be.

P.S. Why the xbox help chat don't work. it's open blank browser window? I want to report that this game is corrupted.

Unfortunately, there is only one way to recover an email account and that is through the Microsoft account recovery form and if it fails after repeated attempts (up to 2 times a day), the account is effectively lost. There is no way to recover an account in any other way. The form only applies if you have enabled two-factor authentication <NOT> and have successfully logged into the account within the last one-year period.
