Multiple issues/glitches with my 'My Games and Apps' section.

I have looked around for answers to these problems, but I couldn't find anything.

---Before anyone says try a hard reboot, I already have---

I will also put links to pictures of the problems. i couldn't figure out how to insert pictures onto this forum :/

First issue:

In the 'Games' section, the OneDrive App appears, with 'Ready to install'. After pressing the Start/View button, the only option is 'Install', and pressing this does nothing. So now, I cannot install OneDrive, and it is stuck in the wrong section.

Second issue:

Same sort of thing, only it is with the Zoo Tycoon demo. After uninstalling it, it didn't move to the separate 'ready to install' section like all of the other demos I uninstalled did. This one stayed in the 'Games' section, just a bit dimmed out and with a
'Ready to Install' pop up on the tile when I scroll over it. Just like the OneDrive problem, the only option when pressing the start/view button is 'Install', which does nothing.

HOWEVER, this glitch happened a while ago and I just ignored it, but recently I noticed that the Zoo Tycoon Demo actually does appear in the separate section, but is also in the main section, so I guess it has duplicated?

Third Issue:

A couple weeks back, an update was released for Trials Fusion. I did the update a few days ago, and it was fine. It wasn't interrupted or paused, it was just like any other update I have ever done. But afterwards, the 'Ready to Start' pop up appeared, and stayed
there. It is there on the home, and in the Games section. The game itself is fine, its just a random pop-up-thing.

Rare replay

I watched the E3 press conference and multiple mix pot shows on Mixer after linking my gamer tag and never received a free code for Rare Replay. It's also not in my games and apps section

 

Forza 5 crashing to dashboard. The fix is to delete my profile and lose all saved data?

I have been having issues with Forza doing this too, best bet for me was to load game from either my pins section or my games and apps. either way this is a bit of a pain and shouldn't be happening!

 

Hi Jelly, sorry about the problems your having. Do me a favor and try deleting all the games and apps that your having problems with then do the hard reboot again but remember to unplug the console from the outlet for 30 sec. After 30 sec. plug the console
back in, power back on and re-install the games and apps again. Let me know if this works for you. I'll check back in.

 

I can't delete OneDrive or that Zoo Tycoon demo. Literally all I can do, is press A on them (does nothing), or press Start/View where I am given the choice of 'Install', then the usual 'Settings' 'Help' or 'Switch Profile'.

With OneDrive I don't even know what I did. I just noticed it on My Games and Apps today. I dont know when it happened or how. The Zoo Tycoon demo was a while ago, but I think I was just deleting it. Wasn't trying to do anything else - played it for a few
hours, concluded I didn't like it, and then deleted it.

I will try with Trials Fusion later though, thanks

 

Okay Jelly see if this works, go to settings, system, and select clear local saved games and select yes and see if that does anything.

 

Nope, still the same.

The first step fixed Trials, so that's all good now.

I thought that because this is quite a minor thing, it would just be one thing that I was missing to fix it. Might just have to put up with random greyed out tiles and no OneDrive? I guess it not a massive loss.

 

AH - hold on - just tried to install OneDrive, and after a couple mins something appeared.

Now there is am addition black tile, in the Queue and the Games section, which apparently has no name and just says 'Installing...' and doesn't actually start installing.

ugh.

--EDIT-- Nope. It allowed me to cancel whatever it was. Its gone now :/

 

Anyone find a resolution for the Zoo Tycoon issue?

I have the exact same issue and it's been almost a year now of updates, reboots, system disconnections, etc. Nothing is working to get that greyed out game demo out of my list.
