Multiple installs?

I recently got an Xbox 1. I had been signed into my friends Xbox before that. He keeps his on at all points. Today I started installing assassin's Creed on my xb1 and whenever I left to go to my friend's later that day assassin's Creed was downloading
on his console as well. He did not start it and no one was there to tell it to do so. Is there some setting that we can turn off so this doesn't happen again?

Multiple consoles

I now have 3 Xbox one consoles in the house, my question is how do I connect them to where we can all play online together. Do they each need their own Xbox live subscription or what. My Xbox one is set as the home Xbox and I'm confused on how to set up the other xboxs

You can only share content for two consoles. Set one console as your home console. (I use the living room xbox). Now anyone who plays on this Xbox has access to live and your games. The other Xbox's have access only when you are logged onto them. What I ended up doing is purchasing Xbox live for my sons account, and just buy him the few games he wants to play online at the same time.

Kinda sucks but that is the only solution until they come up with a family share.

I have unplugged multiple times and tried disc 2 multiple times. No good. Ultimately, I uninstalled, and re-installed. I am currently installing from disc 2, as it finally took. We will see if it installs completely.

I've tired multiple installs/machines from multiple networks, It is not my machine. My GFWL purchases are simply not available.

I read the entire thread you posted here in its entirety.

I noticed that there were multiple Microsoft accounts on the same computer, so the first thing I needed to confirm was:

Do your kids use your Microsoft account to log into the computer, and then use their Microsoft account to log into Minecraft Launcher to access the game?

Or do they use their Microsoft account to log into the computer first, and then try to use their Microsoft account to log into Minecraft Launcher and try to get into the game?

In the former case, the problem does not exist.

But if the latter is the case, consider where Minecraft is installed. Whether it is installed in a public location, such as disk D; It's still installed in a restricted location.

When I was testing this issue, I found that when I tried to download and install Minecraft Launcher from the Microsoft Store, the default installation path was:

c:\XboxGames

If this path is accessible to your children, then they just need to log into the system with their own account, find this path, and open Minecraft Launcher. There is no need to install Minecraft multiple times.

Also, it doesn't make sense to share only the shortcut, as this would result in the path not being found.

No you don't understand.

This is a Windows issue.

Windows cannot install the drivers

Windows cannot connect to the driver servers.

Windows cannot properly use the drivers once installed manually.

I am tired of being thrown around from customer service to customer service.

I would really like some help with this issue as it is clearly a WINDOWS issue.

I will repeat:

Windows cannot install the drivers (via updating the drivers from device manager)

Windows cannot connect to the driver servers. (via updating the drivers from device manager)

Windows cannot properly use the drivers once installed manually. (via downloading the drivers from the suppliers site)

That and there are other products mentioned that you don't even attempt to address that are in fact Microsoft products.

My Xbox One Controller Wireless adapter for Windows, manufactured by Microsoft cannot run because of the same three issues I mentioned above, but in case that you forgot, here they are again.

TP link would just tell me to ask windows customer support as to why your dysfunctional operating system cannot install THEIR perfectly functional drivers.
