    Multiple games not syncing cloud save to second computer


    Hello,

    I have been recently playing Crusader Kings III recently, and despite the game's

    Windows Store page     stating it supports "Xbox Live Cloud Saves", the game does not appear to use a cloud save, as it does not transfer anything to a second computer. I have also noticed this same issue with Frostpunk,
    where it claims XBL cloud saves but does not transfer progress between devices.

    I am mostly certain it is not an issue with my computers' settings, as Two Point Hospital regularly transfers saves
    between two devices, including after I have attempting syncing the saves of CKIII and Frostpunk.

    Xbox Game Pass on PC : Force Cloud Save Sync

    I'll try and put it in steps and hopefully that will clear up any confusion.

    1. I download and play the game on Computer A

    2. I download the game on Computer B, and my cloud saves are there

    3. I go back to Computer A and my saves from Computer B are there, YAY!

    4. I go back to Computer B and my cloud saves are no longer syncing.

    So my saves manged to sync the very first time I installed and ran Outer Worlds on Computer B, but after that...nothing. And I've tried uninstalling/installing the game on Computer B again and it still won't sync.

    I cant remember but none worked, the issue seems to be with cloud save and Torchlight 2 i(clouds saves work fine on other games) second account with no save data to see if it would sync, and it got the same error message.

    Your saved data should be safe in the cloud,

    you can try a reboot hold console button 8 seconds unplug from mains 30 seconds plug back in power up.

    If this doesn't work go to your game DR3 press menu, choose manage game click on saved data, choose console only, when you start your game it will sync with the cloud game saves should be restored.

    If that fails you can uninstall/install the game, again it will sync with the cloud when you start the game.

    Hi Bob,

    What I was stating is in the cloud, there are not multiple saves. They get overwritten each time. Being that when your game synced and it pulled up a save from an earlier time this is the only one there on the cloud for some reason. If you were playing offline
    and reached level 69, this save did not upload to the cloud.

    Yes. Your save files are automatically saved to the cloud as long as you're online. So once you start up the game on the second console, it'll sync with your save.
