    I owned a Xbox a while back and brought multiple games, now when I sign into my Xbox account on PC these games do not show up. When I go on Microsoft store it says buy game instead of you own this game. I have proof of game purchase in my order history. These are Xbox play anywhere Games like Sea of Thieves. I have gone though Microsoft support but that was unhelpful. I've tried Resetting, Updating, signing in/out, to no success.

    Thank you so much for the detailed information, Troy but were you able to compare the Microsoft account signed in on both Microsoft Store App and on your browser?

    The Order status is complete on all games and I was able to play them on my Xbox fine when I had one. All accounts I'm signed into are the ones I brought it on. Here is Sea of Thieves as an example but multiple games are missing.

    It just says Buy or Play with game pass.

    I appreciate you letting me know and I apologize for the trouble but it seems like it's not detecting your license for the game. This can be checked only by Xbox Support.
