Multiple games crash to guide, stuck in loading, started same time

Across 3 profiles, for the last three days, it will either crash a game to the guide, or be stuck in loading, but not frozen. Best way to describe that is that the loading icon freezes, but sound and background images still go on. So far, the second problem
is on Destiny, and across the telltale games I own, which are all separate from each other, not a bundle. The crash to guide is probably 15 others. Only ones are successful in loading is from EA Sports. Nothing had been changed, except an update to movies
and tv.

Also, the streaming services Netflix and Hulu are what I can only guess as power saving?... The screen dims after 15 minutes or so if the controller isn't used, while playing movies. Is there even an option for that?

This spans across digital and disks. Done everything except factory reset and delete and re add profiles. Worried about losing games and saves, and the 10 days to reinstall everything.

Any other options, or people with tho problem starting within the last week?

Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

I have the same problem:

DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

KI- crashes to home

COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.

 

My xbox is stuck on the applying update page.

Same problem with mine. I went to install the update and it wouldn't go past 75% for about 6 hours, so restarted it and got stuck on the green loading screen and have done tried the offline update method multiple times and still won't go past the same point.

 

Yep, had these type of problems too. Started little over a week ago, and know of several others who are having trouble too. I keep making posts on here trying to get a solution. Just like you, I have tried everything possible multiple times, except for factory
reset. I play Destiny too, when I hit start to look at my items, the screen will be blank and take sometimes few minutes to load items. Then might try to fly to mission, ship will just keep flying, never makes it there, lol. Eventually will get stuck on loading.
So upset after putting up with this for over a week. Hopefully it can get fixed.

 

It'd be one thing if it was one game, or even two. But, so far its been at least half of the ones I own.The Xbox is the one thing that keeps my family from going psycho on each other. If it can't be fixed soon, I'll be holding Xbox liable for my actions
and attorney fees...

 

Restored factory defaults. Works, and goes quicker since its all synced. What took two days to initially install, Destiny is at 50% after a little bit of an hour. Sucks regardless, but, its looking like its the only way.
