Multiple Gamertag Nightmare (13 and 15 character)

I had (actually still have) a 13 character gamertag and then somehow got a 15 character gamertag. Whenever I get a new computer, it defaults to the 13 tag and I have to get MS techs to override the 13 tag with the 15 tag. I have no clue on how to do it, but I wish I knew so I wouldn't have to struggle getting the right tech to help me. The reason it matters is that all my MS Solitaire achievements are stored under the 15 tag.

Based on the description, you are having multiple gamertag and the default would always go with the gamertag that has 13 characters. Let us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, we will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern.

If you have multiple gamertags, it will mean you have multiple Microsoft accounts. Depending what Microsoft account, you are using to sign in to your device, it will also go with the gamertag. If you are sign in with the other account and want to shift to other account, all you need to do is sign out the account and sign in the next account that you want to sign in.

Of course mate, sorry, can change your gamertag to 13 characters on xbox 360, on this are old system and will change the GT until to 15 characters

Update: If I try a gamertag with 14 or less characters, it seems to move forward. However the character limit is supposed to be 15 and the new gamertag I want has 15 characters. :-(

@Ascenion Good luck playing DA2 on Nightmare without setting up tactics that made use of multiple characters abilities working together.
