    I have been playing computer and console games around 15 years and then strange things began to occur. I started having to create new game tags and even had a game tag for my 360 and the MU. I have a Xbox One S to and it started
    having the issues. My problem is that I played the 360 for years having accumulated over 35 games and the achievements started changing and gave saves. The same thing started happening with my Xbox One S. Tech support with the 360 told me I had to many points
    to log in to Xbox Live and the console software changed and the software on the other console. I have gone through a number of games but my points stay the same. I even have game tag changes not made by me. It has gotten so bad until I do not get to play any
    games because of Xbox Live tecnical issues. My Xbox Live account looks like I have played no games at all except for achievments. I have about eleven Xbox One games like Call of Duty Infinite Warfare, Witcher Wild Hunt, Mass Effect Andromeda etc. I am a Single
    Player gamer and have never played in a multi player game on Xbox Live and I am on my 4th console. My information comes up missing or changed for no reason and without explination. Anybody have any ideas on the tech problem? My gamer tags are ,
    Alpha1, AAlpha1, OneAlpha1, and a couple more. Thanks for any info.

    This should not be possible. Are you actually seeing two different gamertags on your device? Where do they occur?

    Hey there, are you talking about Gamerscore not changing? If the consoles are not connected to Xbox Live or the internet then the achievements will not show up on your account. You can find some great tips for sorting this out in our
    forums post detailing achievements.

    If this is not in regards to Achievements then please let us know so we can get you the correct information.

    Hey there, are you talking about Gamerscore not changing? If the consoles are not connected to Xbox Live or the internet then the achievements will not show up on your account. You can find some great tips for sorting this out in our
    forums post detailing achievements.

    I changed my gamertag and want to change it back to the one i used to have

    Unfortunately, since there are multiple people using that tag now, there is no way to change it back to what it was without the suffix.

    Do you mean if you have multiple gamertags on one console? If that's what your asking, the answer is no, it will not mess anything up by you having multiple gamertags on one console. I myself have 2 (my gold tag, and my silver or free tag)

    Easy answer, as I can tell, u (or ur G Tag) has the rights to any game you own. U can't sell ur games without transferring ur GTAG. U can share ur tag with up to one console, but tahrs silly..:)...

    Hello Defeated,

    If the account is closed it takes 5 years for the gamer tag to be released. That is if there are no issues with the gamer tag. So if it was closed lets say 2018 you will need to wait until 2023 until it is released. They do this due to the fact there is
    a lot of information tied to each gamer tag. AS this has been answered multiple times I will be locking this thread. Patience is a virtue.
