    Multiple Errors when Trying to download anything on a 360


    Have been trying to re download my previously purchased games from my download history for 6 days i can get between 60-90 items down before i get a white screen with loading circle that just stays doing nothing until i get there is a problem with xbox services
    message and error code 807B0194 this happens even in active downloads the next problem is there is a problem with credit card details when im trying to download my already owned games. also i get can't be downloaded and half the downloads are corrupted have
    tried this on 7 different xbox 360's same issues on all tried using different internet providers and methods eg ethernet, wifi, hotspot etc same problems i am stuck at home thanks to this Global Pandemic don't have a job currently so cant just buy an xbox
    one.

    Somebody please help as Microsoft's virtual agent is useless and cant find out how to call or enable chat.

    Downloads and updates taking a ridiculous amount of time.

    Have you recently been getting an error when you turn on the 360 saying that some features are not available at this time?

    Whenever there is an issue with XBL, you would often get that prompt or experience stand stills when trying to download anything.

    Also worth noting is that if you have anything downloading when you try to launch a game that can give this same error code, so if you do have anything downloading pause the download and try Forza.

    Xbox 360 I have an Xbox 360 and it I can't get on anywhere because I don't have my profile on there so it doesn't bring anything up on my Xbox on how to alter anything so my profile isn't downloaded when I try to download my profile the error message did I stated in my question is what comes up and I cannot go any further and then it just exits my profile from downloading

    Xbox LIVE is allowing me to download anything that's free, but when I try to purchase anything, it gives me the error message.

    The error code is 0x80073817.

    ive tried multiple times, (through the microsoft store and Xbox app) and receive the same error when i try to download the game.
