I have just recently bought a slightly used Xbox one that had worked great for about 2 and a half months but just recently I have run into issues with downloading games that I own. I am using the account that purchased the games, I have tried to reset
the console too many times to count, I've cleared my cashe, I've cleared the MAC address and I've done 2 factory resets where I chose the "save my games" option and none of those solutions have worked. My internet connection is fine, I can play online perfectly
well, and the download speeds are around 80 mbps. Also, ocasionally the game will go into my queue but it stays stuck at 0% and gives will randomly stop even attempting to download. While the game is in that state, it shows up on the microsoft store as "ready
to install" with not even any download bar or text saying "Starting download" and when I click install from the store literally nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand you are having issues downloading games. Thanks for letting us know all the troubleshooting you have done. We recommend a

full factory reset, where you remove everything. There could be corrupt files that are causing this. Try this and let us know.

My only worry is that the issue will persist and I will be unable to access any games that I have full access to now, will having an external hard drive to store the games on be a workaround for that issue?

I suspect you are running on a HDD that is either way too full, or faulty. An external with plenty of room will be the perfect way to test this, and possibly remedy it too. As long as the internal drive operates well enough for the OS to run the xbox, you
can get full use from your console using an external hdd. My xbox 360 didnt have an internal drive for the longest time. The port cover and all was missing so I just had a big gaping hole there and a usb external gave me full use of the console anyway. On
my XB 1X, I use a 4TB Seagate external to house just shy of 400 games, allowing my internal to stay well below the 80-85% use range. For the record, going above 85% on any drive, internal or external, will cause them to start faulting even if they are in good
overall health. If your drive is not full, you may have corrosion or a faulty drive. A full system wipe and restore to factory defaults would help test the drive health, with the obvious finding being that if it repeats, the drive is likely defective and needs
replaced. If it solves the problem, it was likely corrosion and should be fine going forward. Again, corrosion is most often caused by 1.) faulty drives, 2.) Full drives, or 3.) Improper shutdown while utilizing said drive. I hope this helps. Please let me

You can totally transfer the games to an external hard drive as a work around. For more info on managing your storage, check out Manage
storage on Xbox One

When you get the chance, move them and let us know if the reset helped resolve the issue.

App makers are responsible for their own apps , you need to call Spectrum. That is their internal error code that shows up on multiple platforms.
