    Hi. I've recently had some bad luck with my mobile phones.. (broke 2 in just over a week.. and used an old one in between waiting on replacement handsets.)

    Here is my issue.

    I have my tablet, my old phone, my broken phone and my temporarily used replacement phone all synced to xbox music.. I had to remove one to sync the first new phone - this was broken after a week multiple devices for xbox music :( so. I now can't seem to sync my new handset (picked it
    up yesterday) - every time I try I get an error saying I can only remove one device every 30 days... is there and way around this for circumstances like mine?

    playlist createdbon xbox do not show all songs on winphone 8

    I have created multiple playlist on my Xbox console using Xbox music app... Buy on my windows phone 8 device (HTC 8x) I only see some of the music in the playlists (and in some cases zero music)... I am a Xbox music pass subscriber.



    I expect this to work just as the MS adds say it should play on all devices.



    I haven't tried on my windows 8 laptop yet to see what is in the playlists.

    Is Xbox Music free on Xbox One?

    I myself love XBOX music due to being able to have my play lists synced over multiple devices (phone, xbox, pc at work etc). bought a year code on ebay for half price 2 months ago.


    and I love the radio on it

    @Lei fang. I agree, It's nice to have the music on the console itself. Streaming is fine but I prefer not having to rely on multiple device's when one device is capable.

    That's what I was expecting. I do believe that on a single Music Pass you can add multiple devices, but some features would be limited to only the original MS Account, so each device wouldn't have the full experience. It's a work around for the time being.

    There are a few other possibilities, but I'm hesitant to share because I'm honestly not sure what would happen. I'm going to do a little investigating on our side to see what I can dig up and I'll let you know when I'm more confident of the steps. Thanks!

    Hey there Nota! I understand you are trying to set up Music Passes on the secondary accounts of your Family Plan. I take it they are not able to purchase this for themselves on their accounts, correct? If they log in and navigate to

    live.xbox.com/subscriptions    , do they get the option to purchase it? Let us know what they experience, thanks!

    Hey Ricky!

    That certainly isn't typical behaviour. Have you tried this on multiple different networks on your phone? Also, if you make a playlist on your phone, does it sync to other devices using Xbox Music? Did all of this music come from Xbox Music or did you use
    Music Matching for any of it? It almost sounds like the metadata isn't being read properly on the Windows Phone.
