    hi. i recent bought 2 additional controllers for my xbox 360, and for some reason it wont connect to more then one at a time. it can only sync to 1 or the other. i have searched and tried several help solutions to no avail (almost all involved some form
    of *** with the sync buttons.) let me be clear here. i can get each individual controller to sync, but both will not connect at the same time. if i sync one, i can connect and play fine. if i power off that controller, the other will then sync up and work
    fine.

    i have spent the better part of an hour now searching and attempting different solutions. both controllers operate fine, but will not connect to the xbox at the same time. 1 will just flash at you. if you attempt to sync it while the other is active it just
    endlessly syncs until the timer runs out. i have a 2nd xbox i plan to try them on when im at that location but i thought someone here may have had this same issue.

    does anyone have a solution other then holding down or playing with the sync buttons.? nothing i saw on the web that referenced them seemed to work, and i don't know that it is a sync issue anyways as both controllers have proven to work and connect to the
    xbox, just not at the same time. if it makes any difference, it works fine with 1 wireless and 1 wired controller at the same time.

    Super annoying Controller connectivity problem.

    yeah I posted there and got a response that it was a 'known issue' but I cannot find any thing listed anywhere in known issue reports. I am almost ready to bail out of insiders to see if it fixes it. That's how annoying it is.

    Sorry to hear that, I would also recommend getting on the Xbox Insiders subreddit
    here and post about your problem to see if other users are affected as well.

    you seem to have tried pretty much all of it, the only thing i can suggest is to try it with the charge cables if you can borrow them from somewhere. that will sync them, iv had trouble in the past and its always worked for me multiple controller connectivity problem :) hope this is a help

    Hi, try powering the xbox off

    .

    disconnect the power supply from the mains power outlet

    .

    take the power cable out of the rear of the xbox

    .

    press the power button on the xbox several times

    .

    wait for 5 minutes

    .

    reconnect the power cable to the xbox

    .

    reconnect the power supply to the mains power outlet and give things another try.

    Maybe the problem is not the controller but the PC that you're playing with verified what problems the PC has to solve this.
    I know that it is not the PC, I regularly connect other devices via USB with zero issue. Also as I said, there is a gradual degradation of the USB connection that can initially be fixed by pressing the connector into place with force.

    I have tried with multiple USB cables across multiple devices, the problem is with the controllers. You can see the USB connection port become visibly loose within its housing.

    If you are able to connect the controller with batteries then make sure the controller is updated in the device settings. Sometimes a controller update on the firmware solves many problems.

    If not, I would try multiple cables to make sure it is not the cable you are using.

    Hey there! Are other accounts on the console able to be recovered? You don't need to delete them to test this. Also, can you recover your profile to any other consoles, preferably on a different network?
