Multiple consoles on one network?

Check if you are using multiple consoles. Not all routers allow you to use multiple Xbox One consoles on the same network. If you have multiple Xbox One consoles and your router doesn't allow you to use multiple consoles, you will either need to use only one console at a time, or you will need to upgrade to a new router that allows you to connect multiple Xbox One consoles.

Is UPnP enabled on your network and supported by your network hardware? We recommend enabling UPnP if multiple consoles are connecting to the same network.

Are both consoles wireless or both wired, or one wired and one wireless? Let us know!

So you have multiple consoles connected to your network, have you checked to see if your network hardware will support multiple consoles connecting to xbox live at

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx. Also have you checked to see what your NAT type is on your Xbox One?

As suggested above, if possible use wired ethernet to connect the consoles to the router.
