Multiple Connection Issues

Since the last update I have experienced nothing but issues with my xbox and it recognizing my very solid internet connection. 75% of the time I'm starting my xbox one up it seems to have internet connection and I can see my friends list but none of the
games or apps recognize the connection and the box to the far right says connect to xbox live even though my router is working super properly for every other piece of equipment in the house and the internet is wired into the console.

My console is plugged directly into the wall, my router NAT type is open and free ( I have check multiple times) and the ONLY piece of equipment again that seems to have problems in the house is the Xboxone. 2 XBOX 360s never have problems, 5 computers never
had a problem, 3 roku's never had a problem.

For a while if I went into Settings>Network>Alt Mac>Reset it would solve the problem, then one day that stopped working and I had to go Settings>Network>Go Offline>Reset>Power On>Settings>Network>Go Online and that worked. Then I had to reset my router and
do both of these together just to get the thing to work.

Now it has gotten to the point where it just seems like I am trying everything above multiple times and resting my xbox on an avg of ten times EVERYTIME I go to use it.

What is the problem here? As I mentioned before this is a problem that seems to have started after the console update a few months back as it was definitely not happening when i first purchased the console and has only gotten worse in 2016 since it started.

Any help with this problem with be appreciated.

your having problems with your connection , you are having out of game problems as well as in game , you prbabley have a restricted nat and that will be stopping it from finding a game, try contacting you isp provider

Hi there Erodras! There's a few things that we can start with here. Can you and your friend both try restarting your network hardware, and let us know if that helps? If it does not, have both of you tried clearing your console's cache? If you're not familiar

some routers are not or are barley compatible with xbox one , maybe yours is one of them (Arris and superhub and technicolor come to mind ) list yours an we'll see if its on the naughty list...

 

I'm having similar issues today with connection between my xbox one and my wireless network connection. I've had to unplug my xbox one form the wall, wait a few seconds and then replug it back in and it fixed itself. Today, that doesn't work. And i noticed
a friend of mine was on his Xbox One but he was listed as "Offline" too. WTF, Microsoft?!
