Multiple charges

Discus and support Multiple charges in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I only see one charge in my account happening on the 13th every month for $9.99 which is fine for Xbox Live.     I only see one charge in my account happening on the 13th every month for $9.99 which is fine for Xbox Live. But the same card is also being charged $9.99 on the 17th and 24th every month. And I can't see that anywhere that I have signed up for it so
    I have no way to cancel those subscriptions. And I can't get in touch with a live person at Microsoft/Xbox. Suggestions?
