Hi guys, have any of you had your card charged twice and no money returned? I have been charged twice and called customer support about this and they said that it was just a hold to make sure the money is in the account so there will be no problems when
the item is shipped. Sounds crazy to me. It was charged on the 10th of Nov and again today. Some people have said they were charged and the money returned with the understanding that it would be taken out again once it shipped. Not the case with me; charged
twice no money put back on; rep says one of those charges would be credited back once it ships. ****!

I've seen charges stay in pending till something is charged. So depending on the vendor you buy from, you would see one change go through, and the other would stay in pending on your online statement till it "falls off." Pending charges are not removed
from your account till they are cleared. Check with your bank. If the bank says the money was removed twice, you can file a dispute, but I would contact support for a refund and have your statement ready for proof.

Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the transactions from there if it's not showing up it may mean that they're not successful, usually these transactions will be credited back but as additional help, I would recommend reaching out to your bank.

Check the account that your friend used to purchase the Battlefield 4 Premium and see if your card is on there. If it is the account that you removed the card from, just double check that the card has been removed
(it may take some time for the system to catch up) if it has, you may need to contact

customer support.
