Discus and support MULTIPLE challenge failures in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Racked up an extra hour+ today because there were SEVERAL Challenges I completed MULTIPLE times, but it failed to connect.     MULTIPLE challenge failures


    Racked up an extra hour+ today because there were SEVERAL Challenges I completed MULTIPLE times, but it failed to connect. What gives?!?!?!?! IF a challenge does not register as completed due to loss of network connection to the MSFT Game server, then
    the time SHOULD NOT count

    daily challenges failure

    the jig saw jammer on the daily challenges don't open... its the 5th time now that we cant complete the daily challenges and as others experience too the downloads don't work...... soo pi....d off

    yet another 2 games fail to load today

    lightening tiles and match attack do not load today again trouble are back along with previous challenges failures

    Multiple Headset Failure

    It could be the controllers. The headset jacks may be worn out. Have you tried other controllers by chance? Also some headsets require additional downloads directly from the manufacturers site. Mine required an entire app. You may want to check
    and be sure nothing more is needed.
    The controller jacks don't seem faulty as in they are quite a good fit when they are plugged in.

    I would be annoyed if they were faulty as one controller is only 4 months old and the other is 4 weeks.

    Could it be to do with who the controllers are assigned to? Perhaps if you've tried them in a different console/controller then they might not pair with the controller on your son's Xbox? I have a Turtle Beach set and they work ok with my wireless controller
    so far. Sorry to not give a more definite answer for you but I can imagine how frustrating this must be!

    They were working fine, then just stopped.

    They were only paired with a. different xbox after they had failed to work to test them.

    Im a bit lost really and he's getting very frustrated

    I have just gone to sign in as my son, but the headsets don't work on the wireless controllers when they are connected to my xbox, so don't think it can be a setting, or could it?
