Hello, I was wondering if I have a Game Pass game installed on one account on my computer, can I play it on another Windows account with the same Xbox account logged in?

Yes and no you have to login on your gamepass account on the xbox app to download

But to use it you need to sign in on the xbox app on another profile to use it o. Another account

Gameshare is only a console feature

And cloud gameplay I'd only available to subscribers not sub accounts

Hello There ! If you have the game pass ultimate you will be able to use on your Pc as well, you just need to make sure that you are signed in with the correct account that has the subscription.
