Multiplayer without Gold?

I played some Warzone with some buddies about a month ago and it was a great time while my Play Pass was still active, and I recently recalled that Playstation doesn't require their subscription to play free games like Apex Legends and Warzone. I guess
the short of it is are there plans at all for some of these games to not require Gold to play online, or at least part of them? I'm fine with being gated out of multiplayer (as I wasted another $60 for MW on Xbox), but I would like to play Warzone with friends.

All games will work without gold except for the multiplayer portions or if they are multiplayer only.

Understandable but you got servers to help pay for but i kind of think warzone is more of a free trail instead of a free to play game.

Okay, then taking the mindset of Warzone being a sort of trial, I still feel like having Warzone not require Gold would be enticing. Sort of like saying, "If you like/don't like the gameplay of Warzone, then you can expect more/experience something different
in the full game." Granted, that's probably a really stupid way to put it, but if people like the experience they're having then wouldn't they want more in whatever facet? Then again, right now it could kinda be seen as Modern Warfafe Warzone being a full
game in of itself with the annual cost of Gold being $60. But that's just my opinion.

You can share feedback with the Xbox Insiders on Reddit, or/and the Windows Feedback Hub app>Win Key+F. This a decision made by each company for their platform, so customer feedback would be the way to share your thoughts on this.

Another thing to consider is that some basic features like cloud saves are behind a PS+ subscription while they are free on xbox one.

I know of a few people without a PS+ sub who have had corrupted saves & lost 100's of hours of gameplay due to it not being backed up to cloud servers.

Security is far better on xbox than on the other platforms so your personal details are a lot safer
