Multiplayer Test - 100% Packet Loss

Discus and support Multiplayer Test - 100% Packet Loss in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've had this console less than 2 weeks and yet to have played anyone online.     Multiplayer Test - 100% Packet Loss


    I've had this console less than 2 weeks and yet to have played anyone online. I can access xbox store, download games.... but I can't play anyone online. It won't let me join any lobby with other people. Did a multiplayer connection test and it says 100%
    packet loss. What does this mean..... what do I have to do to get this to work?

    Test multiplayer connection give 100% packet loss.

    Test network connection says Everything is good.

    When I run test multiplayer connection, it keeps saying 100% packet loss. On my 360, I have 0%

    Multiplayer Test - 100% Packet Loss

    Hello, I suggest that you head into Settings than Network and click go offline and then reboot the console.

    This should reset the network settings on your console and you should then be able to connect.

    Thanks for the reply. I tried that and also removed the firewall from my router but it didn't work. I opened some select ports on my router and that seemed to solve the issue, though I don't know if an open router firewall and some ports is bad for my network?
    (My mac firewall is on)

    So I'm able to game online with assassin's creed but not gta v..... guess it's on rockstar end then?

    Thanks. I have already opened those ports for GTAV but I will try the bridge mode as I do have a combined modem/router.
