    Multiplayer sync


    both gamers must be signed in to an account with multiplayer privileges to play online

    I downloaded left for dead 2 off backwards compatibility and it seems to not be working for son. We both have xbox live. It goes til july 3rd.

    Why is this not working? Long standing issue for people by my research.. no resolution.

    Fix this

    call of duty:advance warfare - cant play once I sign into account

    I’ve been having this problema too, the 2 controlers disconnect while playing Halo 5 or Starwars battlefront Multiplayer with no aparent reason. I have peen playing in that same room for quite a while with the same hardware so nothing has changed, but since
    february I'm having this problem. Ive tried the USB sync, control button sync, console button sync, Kinect sync, hard reset, 1 min AC cable disconnection, but nothing seems to work. I have a pair of Harman Kardon Head phones plugged into the Xbox One Controler
    Stereo Adaptor.

    What else can I do?

    To clarify, is your son unable to start the game, or are they receiving an in-game error mentioning their online privileges? If your son is using a child account, you may have to change their online privacy settings. Let us know what's up so we can best help

    Your multiplayer progress is synced between the systems, not the single player campaign. Battlefield 4 has the same capability. None of the games support syncing progress of single player campaigns between systems.

    A lot of games require an internet connection even if not playing multiplayer. In order to sync with your game save in the cloud an internet connection is also required. Without it you can't download your save.
