    Multiplayer access should not be locked behind a pay wall since multiplayer games do not run off of Microsoft's servers. Microsoft (and this applies to Sony too) is running one of gaming's biggest scams.

    Multiplayer should be free on Xbox Live since Xbox Live Silver members just want to have fun on Xbox Live without paying money just to play a simple multiplayer game I understand this because I am a Xbox Live Silver member too so almost everyone who has
    a Xbox Live Silver account can be able to play a cool game there freinds told them about and they don't want to wait about a year to experience the greatest multiplayer experience ever. So think about it it is unfair to Xbox Live Silver Members. So who thinks
    this should change,Because I do.

    Multiplayer should be free

    multiplayer games run on microsoft servers also. every console has a paid online service and with gold you also get free games every month and servers have a cost to be maintained.

    Unfortunately, I don't see this changing, but you do get other perks such as Games with Gold with your subscription, so it's not too bad. Plus, the money probably goes towards funding other projects at Microsoft too meaning the service as a whole will likely
    improve.

    The Xbox live subscription fee goes towards server upkeep and keeping the platform safe/secure. They are also a business. This is how business works.

    Unfortunately that's prolly not going to happen. You need to realize that they money that you pay for the Live Gold account helps pay for not only the servers that you have the ability to log in to play multiplayer games but also the people that help keep
    it running. Nothing comes for free. It's a business just like any other business that has to make some money to keep everything running.
