    Hello there! I have a problem with Minecraft. Indeed, when I migrated to Microsoft, and then went on Minceraft, I couldn't join any type of multiplayer servers. It told me to check my microsoft settings and I did. I then enabled the "multiplayer" setting and any other setting next to it. So, I went back to Minceraft, thinking I fixed it, but when I got back onto the loading screen, it says I have to check my microsoft settings again. I turned the setting on and off, restarting my computer multiple times but no result whatsoever. i would like some help so if somebody can help me fix this problem, It would be great, thanks!

    I am sorry for disturbing again, but I was on the waiting list for a direct helper for 30 minutes and nothing has picked up. I have tried so many things and yet nothing has worked. Is there somebody/something which I can contact not live but with an email or something similar. I am again, sorry for disturbing but I have been trying to solve this problem for a few days now.

    Please ensure that you have checked your privacy settings for your Xbox Account. To do this, please navigate to the Microsoft Account site and follow these steps:

    • Sign in with your correct Microsoft credentials
    • Select the "Privacy" tab in the top ribbon
    • Select the Xbox tile to open the Xbox Account site
    • Ensure that you have your desired privacy settings selected on both the "Privacy" tab and the "Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One and Windows 10 devices Online Safety" tab
    • Select "Submit"
    • Sign out of your Microsoft Account on all devices/platforms, including within Minecraft
    • Sign back in
    Additionally, please visit the Minecraft Support article regarding multiplayer connectivity issues and follow the steps outlined there. If the issue persists, we recommend that you contact Xbox Support directly.

    I did indeed read what you said with close attention. You did not specify where you went to check your settings, just that you went to your Microsoft account, so I felt the need to clarify. Also, please try signing out and back in after you change your privacy settings - as you do not mention trying that in your post.

    As stated in my previous post, please take a look at the Minecraft support article on multiplayer connection issues and if the issue persists after the reinstall then we recommend contacting Xbox Support directly - which is also recommended in the Minecraft Support Article.
