    Multiplayer Sessions


    After latest updates for Xbox OneX, and Hunter Call of the wild, I am unable to play Multiplayer sessions, keep getting Match Making Timeouts, saying cannot find Multiplayrt Session? Need a little Help.

    Eventhough I updated the multiplayer options in my son´s account, when he access Roblox it´s sending a message "Your XBox is currently not permitted to paly multiplayer sessions Error Code 107

    We experienced the same issue. We have an active Xbox Live Gold Account and was renewed last month.

    Hello Pure,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with multiplayer. Have you checked the network on the Xbox to make sure it is all good? Run a network connection and multiplayer test and see if both say its all good. Also, what is your NAT type when you are trying to access
    these sessions? You can reboot your network hardware by unplugging the router and modem, and waiting 5 minutes before plugging it back in. Once all the lights on the router and modem have returned to normal, we recommend connecting the console to the outlet and
    trying the game again.

    Thanks for reply Brad,yes I tried all of them options they all passed Nat type was Open which is good after resetting Router plugging Xbox One X back on internet still no Multiplayer in Hunter call of the Wild then tried Call of Duty and Multiplayer worked
    Fine in that Game. Hunter call of the wild had just Updated with major fixes but apparently caused Multiplayer problems on Xbox one X will investigate from there.

    Thanks for reaching out. I see you have tried a bit of network troubleshooting on your own, but you also mentioned other games are working with no issues. If the inability to connect to matches in Call of the Wild correlates with the latest update, try

    reinstalling the game
    as this could be a software issue. Hope this helps!

    1. From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
      See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

    Thanks again for help, but uninstalled reinstalled 3 times to no Avail. Looks like I will have to wait for a new update and see if that helps. I am in my 60's not that tech savvy, my son talked me into playing this game, knowing I cant Hunt anymore for
    medical reasons, took me about a month to figure out remote controller, but now enjoy playing with him in Multiplayer he lives in another state. Really frustrating spending all this money for equipment and games and then favorite game doesn't even work, to
    bad you cant roll back to previous version anyway what you gonna do.

    It sounds like it could be three things, either you don't have an active Xbox Live Gold account, it expired, or your Xbox Live Gold account was recently renewed. Please allow up to 24 hours for Microsoft to process this if that's the case.
