Multiplayer server issues

We have been having a problem for 3 days with playing multiplayer. Load and kick us off. Server connection issue.

Tried everthing suggested by xbox support. Had our service provider come out, new modem, no issues with our service.

So annoying like to play multiplayer but we cannot.

Occurring on 2 different xboxes in our home.

1. Sea of thieves- cannot connect to server

2. Call of duty modern warfare

3. Fortnight

The server kicks them off.

One xbox is direct connected and other is wifi.

Hi jenene54, currently all is Green on service status page (when you have a problem with the Xbox Live or a game in particulary, go see if the
problem is check and known by Microsoft:

Don't know the game you played, but have you tried to use an other internet connection ?

Can you perhaps give us more information?

What game/s are you trying to play?

Do you get any service/error messages?

Is this with all your games or specific ones?

What game are you trying to play on? I would guess it's the games servers which are giving you the issue not Xbox's. You could check the games website/forum to see if they are having issues.

Resolution was to assign the port to the xbox. No more server connect issue today.
