Multiplayer ruined. forced crossplay

but you have to realise now, Xbox is now a service that covers not just console but PC, as most future xbox games will be crossplay, this is why alot of the microsoft xbox games that are on pc are now available under steam too. eventually the like of halo
mcc will be crossplay, halo infinite will probably be crossplay at some point after its release.

Microsoft needs to bolster the numbers of players as there is not that many on xbox console alone.

Microsoft was a pc software company long before consoles.

stop picking on us PC players, i have yet to see a single cheat, also dont go there about keyboard and mouse as people are using them on console with adapters, lots on playstation do, and dont forget your controllers have aim assist.

if your that worried about cheats go blame activition for releasing it on PC without anticheat, most other games have that.

and there are more pc players than xbox by far.

The ability to turn cross playoff is required on Xbox. You can force Warzone to only matchmake with Xbox users by going to:

But please note hardly anyone has this on so wait times are long to get into a match.

I am not picking on PC players here, don't get me wrong.

The gear availability (even for a mid range PC) gives you an advantage from the get-go. Being able to adjust you FOV to be able to see more than someone on a console, having ketboard and mouse as standard (i know keyboard and mouse is available on xbox,
but most people, myself included, have it wired into a TV and can't trail the leads conveniently) and having higher refresh ratea on the monitors with higher end gear allowing wide monitors with 4k to make it even harder for console players to compete

The aim assist on controllers is more a hinderance than a help, as it's more likely to drag your crosshairs off of someone than onto them.

And I have encountered some foul play myself and seen footage from others who have also encountered issues. These issues aren't common, but when they occur they are beyond frustrating, especially with matches of warzone being pretty long you can feel like
you've wasted your time trying.

The only reason I've put this up on the forums is because maybe microsoft, being a platform for the game and all, could actually make a difference where activison have not. Sony stood ground and made activision yield so that PS4 players could disable crossplay,
yet microsoft have not and force xbox and pc players together, which neither xbox nor legit pc players want.

I have tried this and unfortunately I have yet to be able to launch a match even after leaving it searching for best part of an hour. Since it isn't the easiest thing to activate and even then there is basically nobody to actually play with
