multiplayer restrictions ??

There is no adult account for my child account so I cant change my child account setting. I want to purchase something but cant since i cant find my adult account. When i press on family, it only comes up with my child account.

Xbox Support at (800) 469-9269.

Go to
https://account.xbox.com/settings. If you are not yet of legal adult age, your parents have to make that setting for you.

If you have such a child account, have your parents go to
https://account.microsoft.com/family and have them sign in with their adult parent account.

Your parent then has to add your child Microsoft Account email to the family.

After that is done, your parents can go to https://account.xbox.com/settings and select your account. Then they can make the necessary changes for online and privacy, Xbox One/Windows
10 and Xbox 360.

Just make sure that after changes have been made under a section, that you save these changes before going to the next category.

After all changes to your account's online and privacy settings have been made, you'll have to sign out and back in on the device you want to play.

You will need to go ahead and reach out to Xbox Official support. It sounds like you may have an orphaned child account, and if this is the case, the issue will need to be escalated to the Global Escalations Team. You will need a new parental account to
link to the child account before contacting Xbox Support.
