    can't access the game. Cannot find where to turn multiplayer privileges on!!! Help

    still shows you as silver on xbox.com do a speed test and that should make your gold status work then you should be able to play online, good luck.

    Hey, i just bought myself a new xbox 360 slim and i try to play Dark Souls, i just bought 3 months of live gold so anyone know how i get to play online?

    The notification i get is ¨Your multiplayer privileges are blocked.Unable to access Network Play.

    Please answer this fast!Multiplayer privileges not turned on :)

    HELP!

    hi my son has never played multiplayer on his Xbox one yet but he tries to and it says missing multiplayer privilege it's for battlefield 1 somebody please help we tried a full turn off and on restart.

    Typically, new changes to your Gold subscription status may not be immediately seen by your Xbox.

    Give your Xbox console a proper
    power cycle     and see if that helps.

    To do a speed test -

    Dashboard

    Scroll right to system settings and press A

    Choose network settings

    Select test XBL connection

    Select yes

    Wait for the test to finish

    If you connect fine then you've done a speed test successfully

    If you fail to connect keep trying until you do
