Multiplayer privileges missing BF1

hello , I have xbox live gold till nov 2017 , I did all the stuff ( hard reset, uninstall-reinstall , remove gamertag from my xbox, clean the cache) nothing seems working, it Was all Good last week untill saturday... someone got an idea ?

Have Gold in Subscriptions, all games ask me to buy it

Got a 2 week trial of Live Gold with my One S. Multiplayer Bf1 worked fine. Trial ran out Thursday night, I renewed for 3 months, and even though thr Subscriptions page says I have Gold, any game I try to go online with tells me I need a Live Gold membership.

Restarted my console a dozen times, complete power cycle, removed my account, got it back, Restarted router, unplugged all cables and nothing has worked. Bf1 tells me I'm Missing Multiplayer Privileges, and when I try Forza multiplayer to see if it's just
some weird Bf1 issue, I'm sent to a screen asking me to buy Gold I already have.

I already contacted EA and they told me that it is probably a problem with my account, I have an adult one(gold) ..valid till nov 2017

Which country are you physically located in on our
Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, you may be in a country or region that's not officially supported. That could mean that some features may not work properly. So you'll want to make sure they both match.

I am getting the same issue. Memberships are all active. I tried signing in and signing out, resetting console, and nada. Anyone have any tips?

I am having the same problem. I just signed up for a 14-day free trial. It shows in the store as expiring on 12/1. I called support and he said he could see the code had been redeemed but not applied to my account. He couldn't fix it and finally said he
sent me a 1 month code to my email that I haven't gotten, yet. I spent an hour on the phone.

If your having the problem you have to go into settings, go to Online safety & family, type in password or passkey (if you have one) then form there you go to privacy & online safety, Xbox live privacy, and put it on Adult. Hopefully this helps you and
you can go back to gaming.
