    Multiplayer permission Child ios


    Trying to allow multiplayer connections for child account for Microsoft Realms. I did this with one child a while ago but now the site for managing this is changed and multiplayer settings appear to be removed. Where can these settings be managed now?

    We are having the same issues where the child account cannot join realms on an iOS device but if we log that account into a PC it IS able to join the realm

    On iOS its giving the account cannot join multiplayer games message

    Sorry to hear about this issue you are experiencing. Are you set up with a child account but given extra permissions from the adult on the account? Are you able to join multiplayer games on Live?

    Dear Microsoft the problem with Minecraft W10 described above happens even for adult accounts. Of course I've tried also with child account with required permissions. The same happens in both cases. So it's not related to child's account settings if adult
    account cannot connect to the multiplayer servers. Please do something with it.

    Please sign in to account.xbox.com/settings and ensure none of the multiplayer permissions are blocked.

    If you are a child account you will not be granted access to the link above, as it requires an adult account from the family group to change the settings on behalf of you!
