Multiplayer, Online and Joining Parties

Hi all. I received an XBox One for Christmas, as a gift from my grandparents and am having issues. My parents have setup the wireless and tested both the network connection, and the multiplayer connection and they both say okay. The Nat in settings is set
to Open and says all Services are available. We have looked online for resolutions, but all say that if Nat set to Open and network checks ok, I shouldn't have problems. I was trying to join a party that my friend sent by request, and was also trying to go
Online in Call of Duty Black Ops III, if this helps. Can someone please help

COD:BO Server Issues

It is joining parties. Not general connection issues. I receive an endless loop while attempting to join any Multiplayer game.

can't Sign into Live even with good connection. error 0x87DD000F

I was able to sign in online but when testing my multiplayer connection, it says some xbox live services are down, like the basic services of connecting to others online, joining parties, sending messages. So how is xbox live up but the core services of
it are down? Fix it xbox

Try logging out of XBOX live and logging back in. If that doesn't work try removing your profile and re-downloading it. Good Luck!

If you are able to start/join a party and/or join a multiplayer game without getting a message saying your account is suspended and what date the suspension ends then it has nothing to do with an enforcement action.

Have you checked you online safety and security features to make sure they are set to allow you to join multiplayer games and parties?

I can play other games online and join parties but it wont let me log onto cod multiplayer services at all. I have to use public xfinity wifi to play online. Please fix this

I get the same message too for Minecraft. Can't join theirs and they can't join mine. I successfully joined a chat party once. Every other xbox game I play online multiplayer works fine though. I don't get it. Its really frustrating!

Let's have you try a full power cycle on your Xbox One by holding the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off fully. If you're still having trouble, please remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One and then add it back. Keep us in the loop
with how it goes. ill give it a try thanks.
