    Multiplayer on Xbox One X


    My profile will not allow a second player on local multiplayer to login to play split screen. My wife's and kid's profile allow them to play two players, but not mine.

    Any suggestions on whats going on with my profile?

    I have had this console for just over a year with no issues, but as of three days ago, i can't play two players.

    Thanks for reply Brad,yes I tried all of them options they all passed Nat type was Open which is good after resetting Router plugging Xbox One X back on internet still no Multiplayer in Hunter call of the Wild then tried Call of Duty and Multiplayer worked
    Fine in that Game. Hunter call of the wild had just Updated with major fixes but apparently caused Multiplayer problems on Xbox one X will investigate from there.

    That sucks that you're having that issue. Is it strictly in the multiplayer mode? have you tried campaign? Other games? Is it an Xbox One X/S/Original??

    I've seemed to found a solution somewhere on reddit. If you're still having issues to this day than try the steps below.

    I own Xbox One, Xbox One X and Xbox Series X.

    -UNINSTALL THE DOWNLOADED PACKS BELOW- (manage the game using Xbox, not sure where to go for PlayStation)

    Compatibility Data Pack 1

    Compatibility Data Pack 2

    MP2 Pack (NOT Multiplayer Pack 2)

    Multiplayer Pack 3

    Those should fix it. Delete those and do not reinstall.
