Multiplayer on Cloud Gaming PC isn't working

Kind of ridiculous I have to post this, as I don't expect anyone in the community to be able to help. 95% of the time, my multiplayer will not connect on MLB The Show 21. I've restarted everything possible, computer, internet, app, etc etc etc. It's completely random, I have to start and restart the game over 30 times for it to MAYBE work eventually, if it doesn't I just give up. The game kicked me for being AFK over 15 minutes, I go to restart immediately and it won't let me back in. This is the only cloud game it does this too. My gaming sessions are basically boot up The Show 25 times, 95% of the time it doesn't work, and I play something else. I could understand if this happens once or even a few times a month, but this has been daily for over 2 months. I've tried the barebones, little support Microsoft offers, and I'm given basically filler words from the posted support topics to appease me into not unsubscribing. Just now after connecting to support again, I waited 20 minutes for any sort of initial greeting from the agent, then finally when they start talking to me, they ask for my name, then I'm waiting for another reply for 20 minutes, when I already know I won't get any sort of support or resolution. I'm literally paying the monthly Gamepass subscription exclusively for this game, it barely works and support is a joke so I've finally just decided to cancel the subscription. If anyone has any advice that support is unwilling to give, I'm more than happy to try it, otherwise I'm out, and won't be recommending Microsofts cloud gaming when there's clearly better competition.

I would like some more information about these errors, if you're still able to reproduce them. This may be difficult based on whether your subscription has already expired.

I would like to know if there were any error codes in the meantime that came up when you were experiencing this. And I would like to know if you utilized the "Report a Problem" app on Xbox to submit a ticket for this issue.

Just in case, please do the following to report your issue:

On Xbox One, file a bug from the console (https://xbox.com/reportaproblem). After reporting your problem, fully restart the console (hold down Xbox button, select Restart console from the power menu).
On Windows 10 or mobile, file a bug using the game or app’s embedded feedback option, sometimes marked by a smiley face. Some games or apps may also collect feedback via their website or forums.

We haven't seen any large-scale issues just yet with cloud gaming and this title specifically, and we would like to know as much as possible.

when i do cloud gaming on gamepass it will only detect 1 of my controllers.

im not the original poster, but im having a similar issue, i just tried to play a game with my wife and only 1 controller will work at a time. every other game the controllers work.. but on the xbox cloud only 1 controller works at a time

Okay, let me rephrase that. I do not have access to a mobile device that will work with cloud gaming at this time. I just have a PC with cloud gaming that I want multiplayer to work with.

I uninstalled the game and the icon appeared again, except now it just shows the cloud gaming loading screen and never loads.
