Multiplayer not working!! “you cannot play online multiplayer…”

I understand you need assistance with your Privacy Settings. Kindly sign in to your account at https://account.xbox.com/en-us/social?rtc=2 > click on your profile icon at the upper right corner of the page > click on the ellipses button (...) > then click on Xbox Settings.

Once you're on the Xbox Settings, click on "Privacy & Online Safety". Once you're on the Privacy & Online Safety page, you should be able to see your account.

Please click on it to change your Privacy Settings. Make sure that all settings under the Privacy tab and Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety are set to "Allow" or "Everyone". It should be like this:

To play online multiplayer you need an Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you don't have that, then you cannot play online.

I'm not sure why you chose that particular font (luckily, it was easy to cut and paste into Word to get it to a legible font), but, yes, the reason that you cannot play online multiplayer is because you are playing with a free/Silver account. You must have
a gold subscription to play online multiplayer.

It says this when I try to play online, “you cannot play online multiplayer because of how your Microsoft account is set up”

Hello.

It says

"You cannot play <on Realms> or <online multiplayer> because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp"

I have clicked the submit button, and aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp does not work.
