multiplayer not working. have Gold subscription

Hi guys,

I have a problem,contacted support but they are useless.

I have purchased a GOLD subscription but I can't access multiplayer on any game I have on. When I go to multiplayer it redirects me to buy gold subscription.

Gold shows up in Store > Memberships and also in Settings > Subscriptions

I already tried logout from my account, restart console, log back in again (at login process it tries to sell me Gold again)

Anyone saw this before?

Multi Player Settings

In order to play multiplayer on Xbox Live, you must have a Gold subscription and currently your gamer card is shown in silver letters indicating that you do not currently have a Gold subscription.

Xbox live gold 14 days

14 day trials do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some aspects of online multiplayer. They will not work with all games and all game modes. So if it's not working with a certain game, you would need a full gold subscription.

Trial subscriptions do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer, but not all modes will work with trials. Destiny requires a full gold subscription, so trials will not work with that game.

{Parity}

Do you have a Gold subscription? To play online multiplayer you must have the Gold subscription.

If that is not the case the profile may have been banned.

On the Xbox One only one account needs to have a gold subscription in order for all accounts to have multiplayer privileges. On the Xbox 360 each account needs to have a gold subscription to access multiplayer. This account that you are posting from is
shown as silver so it would not be able to play multiplayer online. Is there a different account on the One that you purchased Gold for?

Hello Gelder,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Any game purchased is yours to keep even if you do not have gold subscription. Be aware some games without a gold subscription wont work due to they are strictly multiplayer games.
