    Multiplayer not connecting


    I can connect perfectly fine to Xbox Live, and can stream on Netflix, etc. But I cannot get a multiplayer connection due to the Teredo error.

    I have tried disabling uPnP, power cycling router, enabling uPnP, and power cycling Xbox (holding power button for 5 seconds). This did not work.

    I have already assigned my Xbox a static IP. I have tried port forwarding to the Xbox as well as using a DMZ. (Right now, no port forwarding is being used since I gave up on it).

    I have a strict NAT type, with "all services available."

    Any ideas??

    Im having the same problem it started happening after the 5th december update the only thing different is my nat types open

    It did start a couple of days ago! Noticed it playing Diablo III but also still waiting for some Halo MCC achievements to sync. They are stuck at unlocking!

    Update... No NAT type now, says I'm behind a firewall yet Live is still working. Tried with both home & mobile broadband with the same outcome! Please help!

    Tested Multiplayer connection, no error message, it shows "There is no problems with your connection for multiplayer."

    Hey there Serious Man,

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with playing Multiplayer.

    I would recommend running a Multiplayer Connection Test by going to Settings > Network > On the right is Test multiplayer connection.

    Then, if you get an error with the test, you can check our
    Multiplayer Connection     troubleshooter. It has a couple of different solutions based on what you're seeing.

    When connected to the hotspot, click on "Test Multiplayer Connection" and see if it gives you a reason why you can't play multiplayer.

    Please test the network connection as well as the multiplayer connection and let me know the result.

    Settings > General > Network Settings > Test Network Connection > Test Multiplayer Connection.
